Where is Good Uncle Available?

What are the Hours of Operation?

All of our Hours of Operation can be found in the mobile app or on the "Locations" page on our website. Hours are subject to change and differ across our campuses, but we're always open for weekday dinner service from 5pm-12am and all day on the weekends starting at 11am.

How is the food produced?

All of our food is produced fresh in our network of regional kitchens, loaded into state-of-the-art refrigerated vehicles, and finished cooking in the ovens on-board the vehicles after the order has been placed. We've found a way to get fresh, high quality meals delivered on-demand without building expensive kitchen in each of our markets.

Can I send my child meals?

Yep - check out our Flexcash page for all the details! You can automatically deposit credit in their account in denominations of $50, $100, $250, $500, and $1000, and the larger amounts get you free credit bonuses.

What happens if I miss my order?

Our policy is very straightforward for these situations. We know things happen, so all first missed orders will be refunded in full. For second time offenders, you'll receive a 50% refund, and after that we do not offer refunds. However, if you feel you missed the order due to error on our part, you can chat in and we'll be sure to take care of you.

Where are the drop points?

Drop points can be found in the mobile app when you select your campus. Our drops are data driven and placed to maximize the amount of students we can deliver to with excellent service. Every campus is different, but generally you'll find them at residence halls, major apartment buildings, the library, Greek housing areas, and other spots where students often congregate and eat their meals.

Do you offer menu items for those with dietary restrictions?

Yes we do! You can search in the app for items that are "Vegetarian" or "Contain No Gluten", and each item lists all of the potential allergens for you if you click into it.

Are you affiliated with any universities?

At this time, we are not affiliated with any college or unversity.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

Great question! Our mobile app has a live chat function where you can interact with one of our customer success team members. Simply click the green conversation bubble in the bottom of the app and ask away!

How do I pay for my meals?

All meals are purchased in the app with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Tips can be added onto an order in the app as well.

Can I customize my order?

Because our meals are closed in containers before loaded onto the truck, we do not allow for customization on orders. However, many of our items come with topping sets that allow you to dress your item as you please!

Do you ever update your menu?

Food Fatigue is real, so our menu bi-weekly on our free app to keep things fresh.
