We first heard about No. 7 in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood when it opened in ‘08. Markets were down, but, as always, our appetites were up. We heard rumors that chef Tyler Kord was doing wild and wacky things, like stuffing hoagies with ceviche and fooling around with candied wasabi. Determined to find out if there was a method to this culinary madness, we tried it for ourselves. Ever since then, No. 7’s mysteriously mouthwatering creations have been staples in our list of legendary deliciousness.
